Bishop Arkadiusz Okroj has been appointed Bishop of Toruń Episkopat The Holy Father Francis has appointed Bishop Arkadiusz Okroj, until now auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Pelplin, as Bishop of Toruń. The Pope’s decision was announced at noon on 5 April by the Apostolic Nunciature in Poland.
